You must agree to my TOS before the commission is started
Any violations of TOS after having agreed to it, will result in you being blacklisted.
I DO NOT work on commissions on weekends (unless absolutely necessary, behind schedule etc), please have my time in mind when commissioning me, the faster you reply and approve the WIP’s you receive, the more you help my workflow.
If you are unable to respond for a few hours because of work or other things that’s completely fine! But please don’t drop out for hours mid conversation.
x If you cancel your slot because you don’t like the idea anymore, you are not sure, or want too many things changed, I won’t accept any more commissions from you.
x You may not sell the image I produced even though the characters belong to you, my art is for non-commercial use
x You may not claim the image is made by you
x You may not reproduce my art to be sold for ANY commercial use, this includes posters, pins, stickers etc (you are allowed to print your piece to have a physical copy, but you are NOT allowed to sell it). To have your commission produced as a print, t-shirt or any merchandise, you MUST have my written permission before doing so.
x I have the right to deny any commission and refuse to give service, especially if you are rude to me or disrespectful of my time.
x If you post the artwork anywhere DO NOT remove my watermark
x Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their finished commission for non fungible tokens. Use of my artwork for advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens is strictly prohibited.
x I will never sell/resell any of my work as non fungible tokens. If you see any of my work on any cryptocurrency sites it has been stolen. Please report this to me immediately.
x You may not use ANY of my art to train any sort of AI program.
What you need to commission me:
– An UNSHADED ref of the character(s) in the piece (if you don’t have any other refs besides the shaded one, there needs to be flat colors along with it)
– If you’re unsure about the work-ability of your ref, check out my ref sheet guide
– A clear description of what you want
– An email for invoice
Work info:
– If you don’t have a ref or only descriptions of your character, that may result in an extra charge
– You cannot add major details to your commission after you’ve filled in the form (ex: commission idea, poses, characters etc.)
– You should expect to receive your commission within the first month, or a week into the second month (unless unforeseen complications arise, or there are larger commissions booked that will take more time to complete) any delay that will cause me to take extra time will be promptly discussed with the client.
– Please respond in a timely manner!
– Voice your opinion early if anything seems off to you, I will not make any changes after the piece is completed.
– If a mistake is made on my end I can fix it free of charge as long as it’s minor. (ex. a marking, eye color, or a detail that was mentioned in the form or through discussion)
– After completion the final file will be emailed to you
– Extremely frequent edits will require an extra charge
– Major edits can only be made in sketch phase
– Please keep all WIP images to the people involved in the commission only (the people paying for the piece)
Payment:
– A 5% (GST) tax will be added to your invoice ( the government is tonight’s biggest loser and wants more of my money 🙁 )
– I accept payments through Square, full and upfront. If this service is unavailable in your country, PayPal can still be used, but only if necessary.
– For commissions over $200, payment plans will be available
– I won’t start on your commission until I have been paid in full
– I do not offer refunds after the sketch has been approved
– Payments that take over 48 hours to be received will result in the forfeit of your commission slot (unless we have discussed a payment plan)
Things that will help during the process:
– For pieces with multiple characters, clearly state which character is which if their refs don’t have names. (Ex: Draco, the blue dragon, Phera the red/gold phoenix etc.)
– Draw over the WIP’s you receive to help indicate exactly where you want something to be fixed
– If purchasing a ref sheet, make sure to include the name of the character and their species in the description of the google form.
– Be specific with your edits, don’t say “it’s too big” or “it looks.. weird.” Instead say things like “please make the jaw more angular instead of round” or “*sends image* could you draw it more like this please?”
– If you need to send more images as ref but they wont fit in the image section of the form, discuss it with me and put them in a google drive to link to me later.
– PLEASE GIVE ME THE HIGHEST QUALITY IMAGES YOU CAN!! (I don’t care if it’s a 30MB image, as long as its not a crusty .jpeg that I have to work with)
Details you should keep in mind:
– I love artistic freedom commissions!
– Themes I LOVE: mildly bloody/gorey themes, body horror, action scenes, special effects/abilities, relaxing chill themes, sunsets, ocean/a body of water, nighttime, snow
– Providing a link to a song that would encapsulate the theme of your piece is super helpful! It will also help me connect with your vision
– Artistic freedom commissions with a theme is allowed
– I love simple and visually pleasing characters (i.e characters that are not just 100% saturated colors)
– Commissions including my characters are allowed! (Refs are in the FAQ)
– I can draw humanoid characters, but it isn’t my strong suit.
After work:
– I always post commissions to my social media.
– You are free to upload any art you get from me whenever you like
– You can use your commissioned work as a background, header icon etc.
– You must credit me when posting your image publicly
– I don’t do private commissions
– An unwatermarked version can be emailed to you upon request, you are not allowed to post this version publicly, this is just for personal use
What I will NOT draw:
– Scat
– Gore fetishes/ Extreme gore (Deep wounds, limbs torn off, high amounts of blood splatter, bleeding from orifices, sinewy muscles are okay) (Guts spilling out, necrophilia, genital mutilation is NOT okay)
– Blob or morbidly obese characters
– Underage characters in a NSFW setting
– Diaper
– Extreme hyper (ex. genitalia 5 or 10x the size of the character)
– Penetration in extreme size difference (ex. a wolf sized character x a squirrel sized character)
– Racism
– Propaganda
– Functionally accurate robotic assets (like a robotic arm that would realistically work irl,) I’m interested in mechs or robotic parts though.
– A character that has does not belong to you (this doesn’t apply to characters of TV show’s or movies that you would like to include in your commission.)
– Wrestling related commissions
– Religious themes
– Fetishized extremely muscly characters
Items that may result in an extra charge:
Characters with multiple limbs or heads, characters with partial robotic attributes, characters with complicated coloring or markings, specific commission ideas (if what you want is not shown here, feel free to ask!

– You must be 18+ to order this type of commission
– Same prices apply to the type of commission you order, unless you would like extra panels or certain items
– If you’d like me to draw something, please just ask! I’m pretty open to most things as long as it isn’t illegal IRL
